Megaupload have been Shutdown By US FBI

The most power full file sharing service"Mega Upload" website has been seized and shutdown by the US Depart of justice on January 19, 2012. On January 20th ,More than 39 million US$ worth of assets  were frozen by the Customs of Hongkong.According to the US Federal prosecutor's request , the Newzeland police arrested Kim Schmitz(Kim Dotcom), Founder of Megaupload and other 3 executives of megaupload.   But washinton post said that, Founder megaupload Kim was denied bail Wednesday by a New Zealand judge which was filed On the 23rd in Auckland's North Shore District Court just because discovery of 2 shot guns during the raid. The website mega upload had 180+ million customers. FBI of united states of America implements the seizure by the Following American companies.

1. Amazon.com -  Amazon Web Services to host the US government banner & name servers (under cirfu.net domain)
2. DOTREGISTRAR, LLC. (dotster.com) - megaupload.com Domain Registrar
3. Go Daddy - Domain Registrar for the the megaupload.com name server's domain (cirfu.net) (Not .gov top level domain normally used for United States of America Government)

We would expect some other actions from the US government these days where the SOPA & PIPA are been the main debate in the internet.

கோப்புகளை பரிமாற்றும் (File Sharing) 'மெகா அப்லோட்' (Mega upload) என்ற இணையத்தளம் அண்மையில் அமெரிக்க எப்.பி.ஐ இனால் அதிரடியாக முடக்கப்பட்டது. சட்டவிரோதமாக இணையத்தில் தொலைக்காட்சித் தொடர்கள் மற்றும் திரைப்படங்கள் வெளியிட்டமை, உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு நட்டத்தினை ஏற்படுத்தியமை, புலமைச்சொத்து விதிகளை மீறியமை உட்பட பல குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை முன்வைத்தே இந்நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

அமெரிக்க FBI இனால் வழங்கப்பட்ட இந்த உத்தரவின் பேரில் ஸ்தாபகர் Kim Schmitz உள்ளிட்ட 4பேர் Newzeland இல் வைத்து கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர்.இவர்கள் கைது செய்யப்படும் போது 30 மில்லியன் அமரிக்க டொலர் மதிப்புள்ள ஆடம்பர வீட்டில் இருந்ததாக கூறப்படுகிறது. கடந்த 23ம் திகதி தாக்கல் செய்த bail இன்று நீதிபதியினால் மறுக்கப்பட்டது. கைது செயப்படும் போது

 கைப்பற்றப்பட்ட 2 துப்பாக்கிககளே இதற்கு காரணம்.

புலமைச்சொத்துப் பாதுகாப்பு தொடர்பான Protect IP Act (PIPA, the Senate bill), Stop Online Privacy Act (SOPA, the House Bill) ஆகிய சட்ட மூலங்கள் இணைய உலகில் தற்போது சூடாக விவாதிக்கப்பட்டுவரும் நிலையில் இவ்வாறான பல மாற்றங்களை எதிர்வரும் காலங்களில் காணக்கூடியதாகவிருக்கும்.
